What Happens After You Call

  1. We talk, briefly. You tell us what you are seeing. If photos would help, text them. Most of the time we can tell you on the phone whether this is urgent or something you can plan for.
  2. We come look at it. In person, on your property, free. We walk the whole tree, including the root flare, because plenty of trees that look fine from the street are not.
  3. You get a written estimate. What we are doing, what it costs, what happens to the debris. No pressure, no expiring discount, no scare tactics.
  4. You decide. On your timeline. If you want to think about it or get another quote, that is a reasonable thing to do and we will not chase you.
  5. We do the work and walk it with you. Before we pull off your property, we go over it together to make sure nothing got missed.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, always. Call or text us at (972) 430-8330 and we will walk the property, look at the actual trees, and give you a written estimate. We do not quote tree work sight unseen over the phone, because that is how people get surprised later.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Farmersville and work throughout Collin, Grayson, Fannin, and Hunt counties, including Van Alstyne, McKinney, Melissa, Anna, Celina, Princeton, Plano, Howe, Bonham, Greenville, and Sherman.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are bonded and insured up to $2 million in coverage, and we have an ISA Certified Arborist on staff. We are glad to provide documentation before any work starts, and you should ask every company you consider for the same thing.

Do you clean up and haul everything away?

Yes, full cleanup and haul away is standard unless you would rather keep the wood. We walk the property with you before we leave to make sure nothing got missed.

Do you offer any discounts?

Active military, veterans, police, fire and first responders may qualify for discounted pricing. Ask when you call.

Can I just text you photos instead?

Please do. A few photos of the tree, including one that shows the base and one that shows the whole canopy, lets us give you a much better idea of scope before we even get there.
