What Happens After You Call

  1. We talk, briefly. You tell us what you are seeing. If photos would help, text them. Most of the time we can tell you on the phone whether this is urgent or something you can plan for.
  2. We come out and look at the tree. In person, on your property, at no charge. We walk the whole tree, including the root flare, because plenty of trees that look fine from the street are not.
  3. You get a written estimate. What we are doing, what it costs, what happens to the debris. That number is the price. No pressure, no expiring discount, no scare tactics.
  4. You decide. On your timeline. If you want to think about it or get another quote, that is a reasonable thing to do and we will not chase you.
  5. We do the work. We’re happy to answer any and all questions during the free walkthrough, before work starts, during appropriate work stoppages, and after the work is complete.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, always. Call or text us at (972) 430-8330 and we will walk the property, look at the actual trees, and give you a written estimate. We do not quote tree work sight unseen over the phone, because that is how people get surprised later.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Farmersville and work throughout Collin, Grayson, Fannin, and Hunt counties, including Van Alstyne, McKinney, Melissa, Anna, Celina, Princeton, Plano, Howe, Bonham, Greenville, Sherman, and Allen.

Are you licensed and insured?

Texas does not license tree work. There is no state license to prune or remove a tree, which means anyone with a truck and a saw can call themselves a tree service here. That is why credentials matter. We have an ISA Certified Arborist on staff, we prune to the ANSI A300 standard, and we carry $2 million in general liability insurance. We are glad to show you all of it before any work starts, and you should ask every company you consider for the same thing.

Do you clean up and haul everything away?

Yes, full cleanup and haul away is standard unless you would rather keep the wood. When you're there at the end we'll walk it with you before we leave. When you're not, please give us a call when you get home if there's anything that needs attention.

Do you offer any discounts?

Active military, veterans, police, fire and first responders may qualify for discounted pricing. Ask when you call.

Can I just text you photos instead?

Please do. A few photos of the tree, including one that shows the base and one that shows the whole canopy, lets us give you a much better idea of scope before we even get there.

Will the price change once you start?

No. Since 2019 we have never charged a customer more than we quoted. If a job takes longer than we figured, that is our miss, not your bill. The only time your number changes is when you say so. If you decide you want more done while we are there, that is a separate line, and we agree on it before anyone touches it. And if we find something the estimate could not have accounted for, you hear about it that day, before any work continues.
