Those four are not random either. They are the full life of a tree on your property. You plant the right species in the right spot. You prune it correctly while it is young so it grows with good structure. When a union gets weak, you cable and brace it instead of giving up on it. And when a tree is genuinely finished, or genuinely dangerous, you remove it safely.
Every one of those decisions is a diagnosis before it is a job. That is what having an ISA Certified Arborist on staff actually buys you. Not a certificate on a wall, but somebody who can look at a root flare, a lean, and a canopy and tell you what is really happening, including when the answer is that nothing needs to be done yet.
We still grind stumps, usually alongside a removal we already did. We still respond to storm damage when it's a genuine emergency. We just don't lead with either one.
Proactive care is what usually keeps a tree from failing catastrophically, and that's the stage we'd rather meet you at. With 20+ years of combined experience, there aren’t many tree situations we haven’t navigated. Power lines are where the order of operations matters most. If something is touching or close to a utility line, the power company may need to go first. Send us a photo from a safe distance and we’ll tell you, then get the right help lined up and take care of the tree from there.
Whatever it is, call us early, so there’s one plan instead of two crews guessing about each other.
