The short version. We do not sell your information, there are no advertising trackers on this site, and the estimate form sends its message from your own email account rather than into a database of ours.

Our host keeps standard server logs, which is how every website on the internet works. Those logs record things like the address of the page you asked for, the time you asked for it, your browser type, and your IP address. We do not go digging through them, and they are not connected to your name.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is aggregated, it sets no cookies, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not let us pick out an individual visitor. It tells us that the Plano page got read this week. It does not tell us who read it.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see your IP address at the moment the fonts load. That is true of a large share of the web, and we would rather say it plainly than leave it out.
The form on our contact page does not send anything to us and does not save anything anywhere. When you fill it in and press the button, it opens an email in your own email program with your answers already typed into it. Nothing reaches us until you press send yourself. If you close it instead, that is the end of it and we never knew you were there.
When you call, text, email, or send us photos, we use that information to answer you, look at your trees, write an estimate, do the work, and bill you for it. It goes in our business records the same way a paper file would. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone who wants to market to you. We have never done that and we are not going to.
We photograph the jobs we do, and some of those photos end up on this site and on our social pages. We do not publish customer names or street addresses alongside them, ever, and we check photos for house numbers and identifying details before anything goes up. If a photograph of your property is on this site and you would rather it were not, call us and it comes down. You do not need a reason.
This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. There is no ad network on it, no retargeting pixel, and no third party marketing script. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Our email runs on Google Workspace, and we use Google Search Console to see how the site performs in search. Our reviews live on Google, Facebook and Nextdoor. Anything you do on those platforms is covered by their own privacy policies rather than this one.
This site is meant for people hiring a tree service, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.

We will update the date at the top. We are not going to quietly rewrite this and hope nobody notices.
