The short version. We do not sell your information, there are no advertising trackers on this site, and what you send through the estimate form goes to us and nowhere else.
Arborwise Tree Care LLC, Farmersville, Texas. If anything on this page raises a question, call or text us at (972) 430-8330 or write to info@arborwisetreecare.com and a person will answer you.
Our host keeps standard server logs, which is how every website on the internet works. Those logs record things like the address of the page you asked for, the time you asked for it, your browser type, and your IP address. We do not go digging through them, and they are not connected to your name.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is aggregated, it sets no cookies, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not let us pick out an individual visitor. It tells us that the Plano page got read this week. It does not tell us who read it.
We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which counts visits and shows us which search terms and which websites people arrive from. Same as the above, it sets no cookies, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not let us pick out an individual visitor. It is there so we can tell whether the work we put into this site is actually reaching anybody.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see your IP address at the moment the fonts load. That is true of a large share of the web, and we would rather say it plainly than leave it out.
When you fill in the form and press the button, it comes straight to our email inbox. There is no database on our end and no account for you to create. It arrives as a message, we read it, and we answer you. Most of the time that is within the hour.
The form is delivered by a service called Web3Forms, which does one job. It takes what you typed and emails it to us. It does not build a profile on you and it is not an advertising company.
If you attach photos, they get uploaded to storage we run through Vercel so the pictures can travel with your message. Two things worth saying plainly about that. Your phone shrinks the photos before they leave it, so we are not pulling anything off your device beyond the pictures you picked. And each photo gets a long, randomly generated web address that is not listed, linked, or indexed anywhere, so nobody is going to come across it. It is not password protected either, and we would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise.
We keep those photos with your job file the same way we would keep a printed picture in a folder. If you want yours deleted, call or email and they are gone.
When you call, text, email, or send us photos, we use that information to answer you, look at your trees, write an estimate, do the work, and bill you for it. It goes in our business records the same way a paper file would. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone who wants to market to you. We have never done that and we are not going to.
We photograph the jobs we do, and some of those photos end up on this site and on our social pages. We do not publish customer names or street addresses alongside them, ever, and we check photos for house numbers and identifying details before anything goes up. If a photograph of your property is on this site and you would rather it were not, call us and it comes down. You do not need a reason.
This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. There is no ad network on it and no retargeting pixel. The only outside scripts running here are the two visit counters named above, and neither one sets a cookie or follows you anywhere else. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Our website is hosted by Vercel, and the photos you send through the form are stored there too. Form messages are delivered by Web3Forms. Our email runs on Google Workspace, and we use Google Search Console and Ahrefs to see how the site performs in search. Our reviews live on Google, Facebook and Nextdoor. Anything you do on those platforms is covered by their own privacy policies rather than this one.
This site is meant for people hiring a tree service, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (972) 430-8330 or email info@arborwisetreecare.com. We will handle it the same week.
We will update the date at the top. We are not going to quietly rewrite this and hope nobody notices.
