Texas A&M Forest Service, Can My Tree Be Saved, which says a storm damaged tree that is still healthy, is not a hazard and did not take major structural damage will usually recover if first aid measures are applied right after the storm. Its storm damage guidance also warns against over pruning a damaged tree and against topping it, since the stubs left behind grow weakly attached branches that are even more likely to break in the next storm.
A tree or limb on a structure, a tree on a vehicle, anything blocking your only access, anything touching or near a power line, and any split or hanging limb over a place people or pets actually spend time.
Stay out from under it and keep kids and pets clear. Never touch anything near a power line, and call your utility first for that. If it is safe to do so from a distance, take a few photos and text them to us.

No. Since 2019 we have never charged a customer more than we quoted. If a job takes longer than we figured, that is our miss, not your bill. The only time your number changes is when you say so. If you decide you want more done while we are there, that is a separate line, and we agree on it before anyone touches it. And if we find something the estimate could not have accounted for, you hear about it that day, before any work continues.
